Rob Garapola
VP, Sales
Rob served as an Army Artillery officer for 5 years, after which, he joined Baxter Healthcare Corporation and worked in several positions of increasing responsibility from 1988 until 1995. He then began his career in hospital support services as a member of Crothall Services Group until 2005. After a three-year hiatus from this industry, Rob’s passion for healthcare led him to Xanitos.
Roman May
VP, Sales
With almost forty years of professional leadership in hospital environmental service, Roman is responsible for marketing Xanitos on the West Coast. He began his career with ServiceMaster’s healthcare division. He was a founding partner of Professional Environmental Programs (PEP). PEP was subsequently purchased by Marriott and Roman worked with Marriott as a sales director and then with Sodexho also as a sales director until the merger of Marriott and Sodexho. In 1998, Roman joined Crothall Services Group and successfully represented the company to hospitals on the West Coast. He joined Xanitos in 2009.
Peter Laakmann
Director of Information Technologies
Peter Laakmann joined Xanitos in 2008. Previously he was Chief Information Officer with Animas where he was responsible for medical device software writing, diabetes management software, and development of numerous software programs. In addition to developing proprietary Xanitos software, he is instrumental in client installations. Peter holds a BA in Business from St. Joseph’s University and has a patent in his name for diabetes management software.
Sarah Willard
Director, Training
With an MBA from Villanova University and more than 10 years of experience in the managed service industry and training, Sarah joined the Xanitos team in December of 2008. After successfully fulfilling the roles as Director of Training and Organizational Development at Crothall Services Group, Sarah is now the Director of Training responsible for the design and administration of manager and hourly associate training, including start-up training for new accounts.
Bob Dibble
Director, Support Services and Patient Transportation
Bob brings 30 years experience managing both Housekeeping and Patient Transportation operations and has played a key role in developing several quality control and customer satisfaction programs. Having worked at Service-Master, ARAMARK and Crothall Services Group, he understands the strengths and weaknesses in today’s delivery models and the advantages of Xanitos.
Thomas H. McCullough
Senior Regional Manager
Tom brings over 26 years of experience in management of operations and facilities. He joined Marriott Facilities Management and subsequently went to work at Crothall Hospital Services, Ltd. as a Resident Area Manager responsible for operations and marketing support to the Maritime Provinces and Eastern Ontario. He joined Crothall Services Group in 1991 and was promoted repeatedly, eventually becoming Vice President and overseeing the operation of healthcare laundry facilities. Tom joined Xanitos as a Senior Regional Manager in April 2009.
Clyde Patterson
Senior Regional Manager
With extensive experience within the hospital housekeeping industry as an Account Manager, Regional Manager, Startup Specialist and Senior Regional Manager, Clyde has worked in all five Graeme Crothall US companies. He brings more than 35 years of experience to Xanitos.
Randy Trinastich
Senior Regional Manager
Randy began his career in Operations Management in 1987 when he led the start up team for Marriott at a small hospital in Colorado. After growing into the position of Account Manager at Marriott, he joined Crothall Services Group in 1994 as the General Manager at the Medical College of Virginia. He was promoted to Resident Regional Manager of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1996 and then became a Regional Manager.
Jose Feliciano
Regional Manager
Jose began his career in hospital housekeeping in 1985 with Marriott Corporation. Jose left Marriott to join Crothall Healthcare, Inc. where he was Area Director of EVS at the Cleveland Clinic and Director of EVS at Columbus Children’s Hospital. In 2008 Jose was hired by Sodexho Healthcare Services as Resident District Manager at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. In 2009 Jose become the Xanitos Regional Manager working at Community Health North in Indianapolis.
Deborah Biller
Regional Manager
Debby Biller started her career in 1985 as the Account Director at the Hebrew Rehab Center in Boston, MA. In 1991 Debby joined Graeme Crothall at Crothall Healthcare, Inc. Over the decades she has established her leadership credentials as a director or manager at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA, Westchester Medical Center in Westchester, NY., the Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA and Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. Debby joined Xanitos in 2009 as Regional Manager.
Sean Shapert
Resident Regional Manager
Sean is an 18 year housekeeping veteran of large medical centers, including the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Boston Medical Center and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and has several years experience as a Regional Manager at Crothall Services Group.
Geoff Robinson
Project Manager
After a career in the Army, Geoff turned his attention to Hospital Housekeeping. He has been an Account Manager, Regional Manager and Start-up Specialist during his 15 years in our industry, and excels in all aspects of starting a new account, having been personally involved in more than 40 start-ups to date.
Evan Sirlin
Project Manager
Beginning his career as a trainee and ultimately rising to the rank of Regional Manager at Crothall Services Group, Evan brings more than 17 years of experience to Xanitos. His ability to manage multiple operations successfully makes him an integral part of the management team.
