
Thomas H. McCullough
Senior Regional Manager
Tom brings over 26 years of experience in management of operations and facilities. He joined Marriott Facilities Management and subsequently went to work at Crothall Hospital Services, Ltd. as a Resident Area Manager responsible for operations and marketing support to the Maritime Provinces and Eastern Ontario. He joined Crothall Services Group in 1991 and was promoted repeatedly, eventually becoming Vice President and overseeing the operation of healthcare laundry facilities. Tom joined Xanitos as a Senior Regional Manager in April 2009.
Clyde Patterson
Senior Regional Manager
With extensive experience within the hospital housekeeping industry as an Account Manager, Regional Manager, Startup Specialist and Senior Regional Manager, Clyde has worked in all five Graeme Crothall US companies. He brings more than 35 years of experience to Xanitos.
Randy Trinastich
Senior Regional Manager
Randy began his career in Operations Management in 1987 when he led the start up team for Marriott at a small hospital in Colorado. After growing into the position of Account Manager at Marriott, he joined Crothall Services Group in 1994 as the General Manager at the Medical College of Virginia. He was promoted to Resident Regional Manager of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1996 and then became a Regional Manager.
Sean Shapert
Senior Regional Manager
Sean is an 18 year housekeeping veteran of large medical centers, including the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Boston Medical Center and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and has several years experience as a Regional Manager at Crothall Services Group.
Brian Harms
Regional Manager
Brian Harms brings more than 20 years of diverse experience to his role as Regional Manager at Xanitos, having led management teams in multiple service lines in hospitals of all sizes, including Hamilton Medical Center, North Mississippi Medical Center, and St. Francis Regional Medical Center; and later serving as Regional Manager in the Pacific and California regions. Brian joined Xanitos in July, 2011, with responsibility for the Southeastern United States.
Kevin Robertson
Regional Manager
Kevin has over 20 years experience in providing support services management to hospitals primarily with ServiceMaster, but also as Chief Operating Officer of a small hospital, and more recently with HHS, Inc. With ServiceMaster he rose to the position of Regional Vice President covering over 30 Hospitals. Kevin joined Xanitos as its Regional Manager for Northern California, attracted by Xanitos' XRO System, its rapid growth, and its focus on top-quality service.
Jose Feliciano
Regional Manager
Jose began his career in hospital housekeeping in 1985 with Marriott Corporation. Jose left Marriott to join Crothall Healthcare, Inc. where he was Area Director of EVS at the Cleveland Clinic and Director of EVS at Columbus Children's Hospital. In 2008 Jose was hired by Sodexho Healthcare Services as Resident District Manager at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. In 2009 Jose joined Xanitos as Regional Manager.
Deborah Biller
Resident Regional Manager
Debby Biller started her career in 1985 as the Account Director at the Hebrew Rehab Center in Boston, MA. In 1991 Debby joined Graeme Crothall at Crothall Healthcare, Inc. Over the decades she has established her leadership credentials as a director or manager at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA, Westchester Medical Center in Westchester, NY., the Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA and Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. Debby joined Xanitos in 2009 as Regional Manager.
Geoff Robinson
Project Manager
After a career in the Army, Geoff turned his attention to Hospital Housekeeping. He has been an Account Manager, Regional Manager and Start-up Specialist during his 15 years in our industry, and excels in all aspects of starting a new account, having been personally involved in more than 40 start-ups to date.
Katja Auer
Director of Infection Prevention
Katja graduated from Connecticut State University, New Haven, CT with a degree in chemistry, and holds a Masters Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arizona, Tucson. She has been integral to the healthcare industry by composing new UVC standards and UVC Handbook Chapters within ASHRAE and NAFA, she also presents on the topic and is a published author on UVC. Katja joined Xanitos in 2011 as our Director of Infection Prevention and is responsible for developing and implementing our infection prevention strategy.
Paul Tarrant
Director of Training
Paul started his career in environmental services serving as a manager for ServiceMaster, based in Japan. In 1995 Paul returned to the United States, continuing in environmental services, managing several large facilities, and during this time developed a quality assurance program that raised quality scores from 67% to 89%. With 25 years experience in hospital EVS including being an EVS Director, Training Director, Technical Director and Project Manager at multiple locations, he is ideally suited in his role as the Director of Training and Productivity.
