The best systems in the world are only as good as the team that executes them. Our founder, Graeme Crothall, has proven his ability to keep his service excellence promises through the building of three other successful companies in hospital housekeeping. The cornerstone of his philosophy is:

The Xanitos team is highly motivated and experienced, with many members having worked with Graeme in the past. The team has, on average, over 25 years of hospital housekeeping experience. We invest in our employees by providing thorough training that builds the skills to successfully execute on our promise of quality-focused service. Because we hire overqualified, experienced managers and supervisors, we close the “execution loop.”
