Executive Vice President of Operations
Sal has over 20 years’ experience in the environmental services and laundry industries. For 17 years he worked for a competitor and ultimately earned the position of Regional Vice President of the Mid Atlantic Division where he enjoyed significant success. Sal joined Xanitos in 2013 as Senior Regional Manager initially overseeing Xanitos’ Kaiser Permanente business in Southern California. This year, Sal was promoted to Executive Vice President Operations.
Thomas H. McCullough
Regional Vice President Central/Southeast
Tom has 26 years experience in hospital EVS and laundry management, serving at Crothall Hospital Services, Ltd. as a Resident Area Manager and then later joining Crothall Services Group where he eventually became Vice President, overseeing the operation of healthcare laundry facilities. Currently, Tom oversees Xanitos’ Central and Southeast region as Regional Vice President.
Regional Vice President West
Jose brings 27 years of hospital housekeeping experience to Xanitos. He began his career as Director of EVS at Columbus Children’s Hospital (OH), and later became Director of EVS Services at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. In 2009, he joined Xanitos as Senior Regional Manager and in 2014 was promoted to Regional Vice President West with responsibility for all Xanitos Kaiser Permanente business and other clients in the mountain and western states.

Clyde brings more than 35 years of experience within the hospital housekeeping industry, having served as Account Manager, Regional Manager, Start-up Specialist and Senior Regional Manager. Clyde has worked in all five Graeme Crothall US companies. He currently manages operations at Xanitos’ Southeast facilities.
Senior Regional Manager
Monika has over 15 years experience in Hospital Housekeeping, starting out as Director of EVS at St. Francis (Evanston, IL) and working up to increasingly larger facilities including serving as Director of EVS, Linen & Transport at Rush University Medical Center. Monika serves as Senior Regional Manager on the East Coast.
Regional Manager Northeast
Bryan has over 23 years’ experience in Environmental Services management, during which time he has developed an extensive working knowledge of the industry. He has maintained a 95% client retention rate and implemented safety training programs that have reduced workplace injuries by 42%. Bryan oversees several Xanitos facilities in the northeast.
Regional Manager Southwest
John brings over 11 years of experience in the Environmental Services industry beginning as a Director of EVS/Linen at Mercy Suburban Hospital and then working at progressively larger facilities such as the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Kaiser Permanente Orange County. In 2015 he accepted the role of Regional Manager and oversees Xanitos’ southwest region.
Director of Development and Productivity
Paul has over 25 years experience in EVS management, starting his career in Japan as Director of EVS for ServiceMaster. Returning to the U.S., Paul held several positions including EVS Director, Training Director, and Project Manager. At Xanitos he oversees training and the implementation of productivity improvements.
Director of Training and Patient Transport
Connie has 14 years’ experience in hospital patient transport management serving at Crothall Services Group as a Senior Regional Manager covering patient transport accounts coast to coast. She was instrumental in the development and growth of their Patient Transport program, growing from 2 accounts to 80 in less than eight years. At Xanitos Connie is responsible for developing and supporting the Patient Transport division for all regions.
